Line up 3 cones 10 – 15 feet apart vertically, skate forwards toward the middle cone, take a good deep angle, once passing the middle cone from left right make your transition to backwards, when making this transition from forward to backwards make sure you stay low and powerful. After executing the transition from forward to backwards you must open up your hips and make the transition again back to a forward stride. While making the transition from forwards to backwards and then backwards to forwards be sure you utilize your edges and mohawk skills.
