Keys to the 5 Cone Figure 8 With Puck

  • Lean into each turn with your inside hip. Make sure to have good knee bend. Do not pop up after each turn, make sure to stay low and powerful.
  • Have a loose upper body and slide the bottom hand to give yourself the range to maneuver the puck through the cones.
  • Keep your feet moving through the drill. You can use this as a conditioning drill.
