We here at Prodigy Hockey really love this Quick feet drill. It works on your explosion side to side and incorporates your hands. It is important to keep a good knee bend and stay low to explode to either side. Allow your upper body to be loose and have soft hands so you can easily maneuver around the cones.
- Work on keeping your feet moving
- Make sure to stay low with a solid knee bend
