Keys To This Drill

  • Drive everything with your top hand on the stick
  • Use toe and heal of stick blade during this exercise to push and pull
  • Roll wrist throughout
  • Reach way outside of your comfort zone to increase range of motion. Incorporate knee bend/leg load to reach further away from the body
  • As you become more proficient keep head/eyes up
