Keys To This Drill
- Drive everything with your top hand on the stick
- Use toe and heal of stick blade during this exercise to push and pull
- Roll wrist throughout
- Reach way outside of your comfort zone to increase range of motion. Incorporate knee bend/leg load to reach further away from the body
- As you become more proficient keep head/eyes up
